Heat Pump Checkup & Service
Now is a great time to service your heat pump.
Our technician does a service check which includes:
- Clean the systems coils (inside and out)
- Clean indoor and outdoor units
- Check and clean drain pipe or condensate pump if fitted
- Check electrical systems
- Check for any refrigerant gas leaks
- Check systems fault diagnostics
- Check temperature readings
- Check for any abnormal noise or signs of deterioration
- Replace remote batteries
- Advise on any operation or maintenance requirements

Yesterday, a sub-contractor of yours, Nick, attended one of your allocated jobs... to relocate a heat pump in my lounge at Rangiora.
I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with Nick's presentation and workmanship. He was respectful, polite and courteous at all times and he was professional, thorough and tidy with the work he carried out.
Nick was easy to converse with and explained to me what he was doing. I am most happy with the outcome and I have pleasure in voting him as an A1 ambassador representing and upholding the valued integrity of your family business.

Our new ducted HVAC was installed last week and we would just like to pass on our compliments to your excellent NCEC team – ably and cheerfully led by Nick (with Levi and others) and Carlos (with Jarod, Mike and others).
The job was concluded quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Nick and Carlos were happy to accommodate our aesthetic requests on duct and power point placement and were a pleasure to work with. Mike even went the extra mile by making a point to tell us of a hidden discrepancy in the roof space that required rectification by the builder.
Please pass on our sincere gratitude for a job well done to your team (including the ones we have missed the names of). We would be more than happy to provide a Reference for NCEC to anyone seeking one.
